Anirudh is a dynamic professional with over a decade of experience in hotel revenue management and an additional two years in the education sector.
As the GM of Revenue Management for Suba, Click, and Choice India Hotels, Anirudh has overseen 82 hotels, driving revenue and P&L strategies that have significantly increased market share. His strategic acumen was also pivotal at Byju’s Future School, where he handled sales and product strategy for the Bundle Coding Product in India, enhancing training programs and boosting team performance.
Anirudh's expertise spans across renowned hospitality brands including Lemon Tree Hotels, OYO Rooms, and international chains like IHG, ITC, and Oberoi Hotels. At Keys Hotels, he managed 25 properties, optimizing revenue through both online and offline channels. His tenure at OYO saw him leading the Sales & Demand Innovation team, revolutionizing B2B sales across South India.
In the realm of education, Anirudh successfully launched and audited loan payment processes and developed a customer sales excellence framework. His leadership in training initiatives has notably improved sales management retention and productivity.
With a robust background in sales, account management, and revenue optimization, coupled with his academic credentials—a Master's in Business Administration and a Bachelor's in Hotel Management—Anirudh Sharma is a seasoned leader poised to drive growth and innovation in any industry he steps into. His strategic insights and innovative approach have been instrumental in AUGREV's growth and success.
